He highlighted the necessity of understanding basic financial management, cash flow recording, and digital marketing strategies. Dr. Endang also addressed common challenges faced by SMEs, such as consistency in production, the need for separating personal and business finances, and a lack of understanding of consumer behavior.
He reiterated that the campus's involvement aligns with the Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi framework, where academics and practitioners actively contribute to enhancing human resource capacity and developing evidence-based business strategies. The goal of this assistance is not only to broaden participants' knowledge but also to provide concrete solutions for the micro-enterprises run by the beneficiaries.
In addition to the training sessions, the event featured a bazaar showcasing various products from SRIPEK beneficiaries, which received a warm response from attendees. Students enthusiastically participated by purchasing and appreciating the local products on display. The bazaar served as a testament to the market potential of these products and underscored the importance of ongoing development.
With high enthusiasm during both the training sessions and the bazaar, this program aims to provide a tangible boost to participants, empowering them to become more independent, resilient, and able to improve their family welfare through sustainable enterprises.
