SEBI School of Islamic Economics (STEI SEBI), Depok, received a visit from Sekolah Tinggi Ekonomi Bisnis Islam Yayasan Pelita Ilmu Insani (STEBIS YPII) Bekasi. The visit was conducted by STEBIS YPII on Tuesday, July 18, 2024.

During the visit, Andi Suhandi (Chairman of STEBIS YPII) and Afrizal (Academic and Administrative Bureau, STEBIS YPII) were received by Sepky Mardian (Vice Chairman I for Academic Affairs, STEI SEBI), Fahmi Syahbudin (Vice Chairman III for Student Affairs, STEI SEBI), Erina Maulidha (Internal Quality Assurance System, STEI SEBI), Jajang (Academic Division, STEI SEBI), and Amrul Anshary (New Student Admission Division, STEI SEBI).

The visit was filled with self-introduction, presentation of the respective campus profiles, presentation of STEI SEBI's Academic Affairs, presentation of STEI SEBI's Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), and a question-and-answer session.

The event began with self-introduction and continued with the presentation of the campus profiles of STEBIS YPII and STEI SEBI.

Furthermore, the presentation of STEI SEBI's Academic Affairs was carried out by Sepky Mardian. He conveyed several things including Study Programs, lecturers and their ranks, Learning Management System (LMS), internal quality assurance, and accreditation.

In his presentation, Sepky Mardian emphasized that the active role of SPMI is very important for the accreditation of both Study Programs and institutions. "Currently, we have an active SPMI and we are greatly assisted in the accreditation process," said Sepky Mardian.

The agenda continued with a presentation on STEI SEBI's SPMI by Erina Maulidha. She briefly explained the quality assurance cycle at STEI SEBI, which includes setting standards, monitoring and evaluation (monev), Internal Quality Audit (AMI), Follow-up Audit (ATL), and ending with a findings report. Mrs. Erina also added that the audit process is conducted annually. Complete information and documents regarding SPMI can be accessed through the website www.sebi.ac.id.

The next agenda was a question-and-answer session. In this session, Andi Suhandi asked questions about graduate outcomes and the Higher Education Performance Report (LKPT) form. In responding to the question about the LKPT form, Sepky Mardian demonstrated several points of the form that were asked.

The visit was concluded with an exchange of souvenirs between STEI SEBI and STEBIS YPII.
