Depok, July 11, 2025 — SEBI Institute has established a strategic partnership with the South Halmahera Government through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Friday, July 11, 2025, at SEBI Hall, SEBI Institute, Depok, West Java, during a public lecture for the Business Management Study Program.
The signing was conducted by Hasan Ali Bassam Kasuba, S.Pd.I., M.I.Kom, the Regent of South Halmahera, and Sigit Pramono, Ph.D., CA., CPA, the Rector of SEBI Institute. This collaboration encompasses three main pillars of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education: Education, Research, and Community Service.
The MoU will serve as a foundation for implementing various collaborative programs between the two institutions, including the exchange of speakers, capacity building for local government officials, Sharia-based entrepreneurship training, and scientific research to support local economic development.
The event was also attended by SEBI Institute's leadership team, including Dr. Sepky Mardian, S.E.I., M.M, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs; Sri Mulyati, S.E., Ak., CA., M.Ak, Vice Rector for Finance and Administration; Fahmi Syahbudin, S.E.I., M.M, Vice Rector for Student Affairs and New Student Admissions; and Dr. Endang Ahmad Yani, S.E., M.M, Vice Rector for Research, Development, and Cooperation. They, along with local government officials and the academic community of SEBI Institute, enthusiastically welcomed this initiative for collaboration.
