Depok, July 9, 2025 — To strengthen the capacity and potential of full scholarship recipients, the Muslimpreneuer Development Program and SEBI Social Fund (SSF) held a training session for 100% scholarship students at SEBI Hall, SEBI Institute, Depok, West Java, on Wednesday (July 9).
This event is part of a strategic development program resulting from collaboration between the SEBI Entrepreneur Laboratory and SSF, with full support from scholarship donor partners, including:
PT. Pegadaian (Persero), Yakesma, LAZ Al Kahfi Peduli, LAZ Panin Dubai Syariah Bank, UPZ Bank Permata Syariah, LAZIS Jateng, Baznas Kutim, and Baznas Kota Depok.
A total of 119 scholarship recipients actively participated in the training, which featured two main sessions led by experienced speakers from the business and innovation sectors.
The first session featured Ardiansyah Pratomo, an alumnus of SEBI and Deputy Director of Fatours Travel, who presented on “Networking and Strategic Collaboration.” In his talk, Ardiansyah emphasized the importance of building strategic networks and fostering sustainable collaborations, especially in professional and entrepreneurial environments. “It’s not about who you know, but who knows you and believes in you. Networking is the process of building, maintaining, and connecting mutually beneficial social or business relationships,” he explained.
After a break for prayers and lunch, the program continued with a second session facilitated by Mukhoer Abdus Syukur, a Design Thinking Expert from the Nusantara Innovation Center (NICe). With the theme “Design Thinking for Innovation,” Mukhoer invited participants to understand innovative approaches to problem-solving and designing impactful solutions for users. “Design Thinking is about seeing through the eyes of the user, listening with the ears of the user, and feeling with the heart of the user,” Mukhoer asserted.
Each session was designed not just as a platform for delivering material, but also included interactive simulations where participants were encouraged to apply the concepts they had learned. This made the training more contextual and applicable for the personal development of the students.
The event concluded with a group photo session, symbolizing the spirit of collaboration and the capacity-building efforts established throughout the day.
