Depok, November 5, 2025 — Institut Agama Islam SEBI (IAI SEBI) conducted its Internal Quality Audit (AMI) for the 2024/2025 Academic Year as part of the PPEPP (Establishment, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Improvement) cycle for academic and non-academic quality. This event took place on the IAI SEBI campus in Depok, attended by the institute's leadership, heads of study programs, and relevant unit heads.
This year's AMI focused on auditing the fields of academics, student affairs, human resources, facilities, finance, and other supporting units. The scope of the audit was conducted based on higher education quality standards, internal controls, and the achievements of the higher education strategic plan. The Chair of the Internal Quality Assurance Unit (UPMI) at IAI SEBI, Erina Maulidha, reported that the primary aim of the AMI is to ensure alignment between the activities conducted in each unit with IAI SEBI's Quality Standards and the National Higher Education Standards (SN-Dikti).
“Quality audits are not merely administrative activities, but are collaborative evaluation tools to ensure that all academic processes and initiatives at IAI SEBI adhere to established standards and are continuously improved,” she explained.
The audit results will serve as a foundation for drafting the Follow-Up Action Plan (RTL) and provide input for the Management Review Meeting (RTM) to be held at the end of 2025, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance IAI SEBI's quality. Through the successful implementation of this activity, it is hoped that IAI SEBI will be increasingly prepared to face the challenges of improving higher education quality and capable of becoming an outstanding Islamic education institution with national and global competitiveness.
